Currently Hiring: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact across a dynamic portfolio of brands including The Exchange Raleigh and Dewitt Carolinas. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the day-to-day point person and project manager for a wide range of marketing initiatives, spanning both digital and print collateral production
• Manage and grow social media accounts for The Exchange Raleigh and Dewitt Carolinas, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Act as the team’s internal AI expert by identifying, implementing, and championing AI marketing tools to increase team efficiency and keep Dewitt ahead of the curve
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring marketing projects from concept to completion, on time and on brand

Requirements: 

• 1–5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong social media skills across major platforms
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with particular comfort in InDesign
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools or a genuine eagerness to dive in and become the go-to resource
