Baskin Robbins/Goodyear
Dewitt develops 6 stand-alone Baskin Robbins and 6 Goodyear Tire & Rubber lease back facilities throughout North and South Carolina, and Virginia. These trend setting ventures project DeWitt’s strength in industrial developments.

Dewitt develops for Drucker & Falk North Ridge Crossings, a 244 apartment complex located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

“Chairman of Waste Industries”
Todd Saieed partners with Ven Poole, President of Waste Industries, to develop One Renaissance Center. This Class A, 160,000 square foot office complex marks the beginning of Saieed and Poole’s joint interest in DeWitt Carolinas. One Renaissance Center is a 7 story, state of the art building located 1.5 miles from Raleigh’s premier Midtown and today is the headquarters for DeWitt Carolinas.

Bandag Industrial
Dewitt develops Bandag Industrial, a 150,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility for Bridgestone Tires.

The Park at Crossroads
Dewitt develops The Park at Crossroads providing 344 luxury apartments for the residents of Cary. This Class A community demonstrates DeWitt’s commitment to projects with long-term value. Today, the surrounding Cary Crossroads is one of the strongest retail markets in the Carolinas.

Bella Serra Villas
Dewitt broadens multifamily to Matthews, near North Carolina’s queen city of Charlotte. The 166 brick and stone townhome community showcases DeWitt’s master plan to include putting greens and walking trails creating a lifestyle conducive to the demographic analysis. Over the following 3 years, DeWitt takes the 55+ community to Raleigh and Wilmington, North Carolina.

Dewitt purchases Beaufort Club Golf Course and Community in Beaufort, NC. To enhance the championship 18-hole Bob Moore course, DeWitt develops a 6,000 square foot clubhouse and pro shop. Beaufort Club community offers 1500 lots available for custom homes in the $260s to $600s. Currently under development is the Pavilion Pool to enrich this family-oriented lifestyle.
