Office Space at The Exchange Raleigh Surges Past 91,000 Square Feet in New Leases Across 1000 Social and One Renaissance
Dewitt Carolinas announces major office lease additions alongside the recent grand opening of Pranzo and a bustling slate of park events in Midtown Raleigh.
RALEIGH, NC – Dewitt Carolinas, Inc. today announced a major surge in leasing momentum at The Exchange Raleigh, its 40-acre mixed-use development in Midtown Raleigh. The landmark commitments reflect a total of over 45,000 square feet at 1000 Social—the flagship 12-story office tower at The Exchange—and over 46,000 square feet at One Renaissance, the newly renovated six-story office building situated within the campus.
The latest leases at 1000 Social—which include Baker Donelson, Highstreet Insurance & Financial Service, Edward Jones, and a national engineering firm—reflect the growing demand for modern, wellness-focused office environments in Raleigh.

The rapid office leasing velocity coincides with the August 14 grand opening of Pranzo and the recent announcement that Café Royale will fill the 1000 Social lobby coffee shop space. Founded by Chef Michael Bongiorno—creator of Raleigh’s beloved Bongiorno & Son—Pranzo brings casual Italian dining, curated wines, and an authentic aperitivo hour to the ground level of 1000 Social. Café Royale, which is slated to open in late September, will offer morning coffee, evening cocktails, and all-day French bites from the team behind Peregrine and Capulet Cocktail Club.
