Dewitt Carolinas Announces The Carson, a New Community in Raleigh’s Five Points

Thirty-two luxury condominiums to be available by 1st Quarter of 2020.

Raleigh, NC – July 11, 2019 — Dewitt Carolinas has announced plans for The Carson, a new community of 32 high end condominiums in Five Points. The developer has started preliminary site work and infrastructure installation on the site and the project’s vertical construction will be underway in August 2019. Ranging in size from 1,651 to 1,798 square feet, the homes will start in the mid $500,000’s.

The project consists of seven distinct buildings, two private entry courtyards and a fenced dog park. The 32 individual condominiums, each with a private townhome-like entry, will feature two master suites with an optional third bedroom or bonus room, three and a half bathrooms and a two-car garage. The project was designed by Scott Gardner Architect, PLLC of Raleigh; Build Raleigh is the building contractor. The developer expects the first phase of the project to be complete by the first quarter of 2020, with pre-sales beginning immediately.
