Open House for North River Subdivision Lots

BEAUFORT, Carteret County – It’s been a nine-year vision but with the right owners, that vision is transforming into a growing subdivision.

The North River subdivision currently has 32 homes with people living in them. In addition to tha,t there are 177 total lots recorded. Of those, 57 are ready to be built on.

Dewitt Carolina Inc., now owns the property. President and CEO Todd Saieed said his vision is to make the subdivision a nice place in a great community to live.

“It’s a great place to invest money and to create a community for people to enjoy,” Saieed said.
