Breaking Ground: Franklin Apartments underway near Crossroads in Cary

A new $45 million apartment community has broken ground near Crossroads Corporate Park in Cary, a 199-unit project called The Franklin.

Located on Jones Franklin Road, The Franklin will have two four-story buildings with a large clubhouse and pool between the buildings on the 17-acre site.

The first units are expected to open by November 2015.
